  • A Royal Academy of Dance program designed specifically for adults. Silver Swans classes are taught by RAD-licensed instructors and deliver a structured, research-based approach to adult ballet. The RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) has developed this program based on research into dance practice for adult learners, and our classes are taught by Silver Swans licensees who have been trained by the RAD.   • Welcome to Adult Tap! A blend of rhythmic percussion and fun filled performance, Tap is the worlds first American dance style created in the early 1900's with a blend of traditional Irish & African rhythmic dancing. In the modern day, Tap spans from percussive performance, to Broadway, and beyond! Adult Intermediate Tap will build on the foundations of Tap rhythms and choreography, and make sure you have a blast & work out your body and mind along the way. We welcome adult dancers of all ages, and encourage modifications as needed throughout class for each individuals ability level.

  • Stretch & strengthen your body in this multifaceted class! PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) method is world-renown for it’s comprehensive body technique focusing on muscle stability, longevity, and full body health.

  • Welcome to Adult Jazz! A vibrant and energetic dance style, Jazz combines technique, rhythm, and expressive performance, with roots in African and Caribbean movement traditions that evolved alongside American music and culture. Today, Jazz spans everything from Broadway and commercial dance to contemporary styles seen in music videos and beyond. Adult Jazz will introduce you to the foundations of Jazz technique, including basic steps, coordination, musicality, and fun, dynamic choreography. We welcome adult dancers of all ages and experience levels, and encourage modifications throughout class to support each individual’s comfort and ability level.
