At The Dance Academy Del Mar, we are dedicated to providing a high standard of teaching while infusing fun and creativity into every class. Our mission is to inspire dancers of all levels, nurturing each child’s unique gift and encouraging them to reach their full potential.

The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is one of the world’s most prestigious ballet education programs, celebrated for its excellence in training and performance. The Dance Academy Del Mar is proud to be the only studio in San Diego offering this internationally recognized curriculum, nurturing both technique and artistry in every dancer.

Performance Opportunities

Throughout the year, The Dance Academy Del Mar offers an array of exceptional opportunities for our dancers to shine on stage.

From our elegant Spring Ballet performance to the vibrant Summer Recital, students have the chance to showcase their talent on stage at a professional theater.

We also provide a distinguished platform through the timeless Nutcracker production, where our dancers experience the magic of this holiday classic.

In addition, students can elevate their skills with RAD exams, furthering their technical development, and those who aspire for excellence can participate in elite ballet competitions, testing their abilities on a prestigious level.

These experiences are designed to inspire, challenge, and celebrate the growth of every dancer.

The Studio

The Dance Academy Del Mar is conveniently located in the beautiful Del Mar Highlands Town Center, just off the 5 freeway on Del Mar Heights Rd and El Camino Real.

Beautiful boutiques, restaurants, Salons & Spas, Cinéopolis movie theatre, Handel’s Ice Cream and the fabulous new Sky Deck, you will find there is plenty to do for our dancers and families.
